Welcome

Welcome to my new blog!
I'm so excited to be part of this new online community. Or maybe it's not so new, but it is new to me. What fun. I have followed some of you on RMS and give Kristen credit for attracting my attention to this wonderful sight.
About me, I am a SAHM of two teens, a 13 year old son and 16 year old daughter. I am a ,dare I say, semi-retired teacher although the new economy and looming college expenses may send me back into the working world. I have been happily married now for 16 years, and we are on our 4th official anniversary that we celebrate every February 29th!
I can't wait to post some pics of our new home in Katy, Texas. We moved 1 year ago, and I'm looking for inexpensive, creative ideas for my home. Stop by and say hello. I'd love to visit with you!

    I didn't think about Kirklands! I will check there for some music items. I found the first pic through a google search. Not sure where it came from.
